Description
ALFA ROMEO ALFASUD SPRINT 1978 "the four sports seats"
Rare Alfa Romeo Alfasud Sprint first series with plates and original documents (also complementary sheet), with use and maintenance booklet, coupon booklet, double keys, sticker and key ring of the historic and oldest Alfa Romeo dealership in Brescia, Romano. The car was purchased in 1978 by a then young 26-year-old mechanic from the Brescia area, keen alfist for the figure of 5, 660, 000 lire, a price that included the watch and the alloy wheels (5) a thousand lines with wide tires in the equipment 165/ 70 SR 13. The car was sold to a client in 1982 who used it sparingly until 2003, when the last revision was made and then the car remained stationary for eleven years, ending in the province of Pavia to an operator who then gave it to another colleague in 2017 in the province of Reggio Emilia. In these passages was replaced the original engine (which was working) with a 1490 engine and finally we found it in the province of Parma, and immediately fell in love with the plate and documents Brescia, bought and brought home. The car is then supplied with the engine 1490 coupon, revised for circulation, and also accompanied by its original engine, supplied, included in the price. Among the works carried out: replacement of semi-axle headsets and steering gear, oil bulb, complete overhaul of the braking system, replacement of cooling and heating radiators, thermostat, speedometer and transmission cable, adjustment of carburetion and new battery and of course oil and cartridge. We have also found its over rubber mats, original, new. The car mounts the rear seat belts and radio system of the time, with new speakers. The brilliant performance, the 4-seat comfort, the good road holding and the precise and light steering make this Alfa Romeo coupe a pleasant "forty year old" travel companion.
