motodrome are pleased to offer this 1988 Land Rover 90 V8 soft top automatic with LPG, , refinished in Epsom Green metallic with AN Exmoor Trim XS mohair hood.
This one started life as a standard 90 V8 County Station Wagon, and the previous owner, over his 11 years of having the car, painstakingly changed it to a) a full soft top, b) replaced the tired 3. 5V8 with a 3. 9V8 with Edelbrock carb, c) fitted it with LPG (twin underslung tanks so no loss of cargo space (it runs superbly on both petrol and LPG)) and had it converted from manual to automatic transmission.
Further upgrades include – two-piece doors, a set of 5 Discovery alloys with a matching set of 5 General Grabber tyres, XS sidesteps, sideways-hinged tailgate, rear step, and chequerplate wingtops. Also fitted with towpack.
Inside it has a pair of Exmoor Trim premium high back heated leather seats in the front, Ashcroft automatic transmission centre console woodrim steering wheel, and a pair of Exmoor trim individual sideways facing seats in the back with seatbelts, making it a 4 seater.
Odometer reading 175000 miles, and has a big history file including old MOT’s and a big sheaf of history.
