The cracking little R53 Cooper S was first registered in September 2004. It has seen just three owners from new and is accompanied by an excellent maintenance history, which is detailed below. The first few stamps are Mini main dealer and in recent years the car has been looked after by renowned Mini specialists, SRR Motorsport. Recent works include front brake pipes, discs, pads, top mounts, and a full service. The car also benefits from a 15% reduced supercharger pulley; the smaller diameter spins the supercharger up faster, enabling it to pump more air and produce more boost, which turn raises torque and power output.
The Mini has covered 101k miles and presents in superb condition all round with very few blemishes to report. The uprated R90 cross spoke alloys are all curb-free and the tyres have only recently been fitted. The interior is also in very good condition; the seats show little wear with no significant marking to be found. The multifunction sports steering wheel still looks great, none of the interior trim is loose, and all the switchgear is solid to operate. The carpets are protected in the foot-wells by a set of black overmats. In the boot you’ll find the CD changer.
