After much deliberation I am making room so the Metro has to go.
1984 MG METRO
25160 MILES Only partial history to back it up but its had several knowledgeable people look over it and no reason to disbelieve it
Long MOT with several old certificates included with original service books hand books ect.
Restored by a genuine enthusiast its had new wings and front panel but the rest is original, no welding been done to sill panels ect its all solid.
The underside is very tidy subframe and suspension and brakes are immaculate, new brake lines, discs, calipers, drums, linings, cylinders all replaced.
inside is completely standard inc cassette player and complete parcel shelf no holes cut for additional speakers ect.
Sunroof and surround are solid.
Wheels are refurbished and new tyres fitted
only a few items needed to be 100% complete
Decals need putting on
tailgate black decal needed
I am no Metro enthusiast so didn't want get them in wrong place or space them incorrectly.
Has had paintwork due to the wings and front panel replacement but colour and lustre is good, roof and bonnet are original (minor marks to bonnet)
I think you will struggle to find another in this condition? Not Mint but in my eyes a very tidy car.
Not been out in the rain for years as under arches ect are clean and dry.
A serious little car for the right collection
