1979 Honda CB 750 F Super Sport DOHC Superb and very original example. Odometer reading 11, 600 miles believed correct. NOT a restored bike, what it's needed it has obviously had and been very well cared for. The frame is beautiful, under the seat is super clean and the cycle parts excellent. We have recently serviced the CB750 F, fitting a new battery, changing the oil and filter, fitting new spark plugs and throttle cables. It starts on the button and runs very well. In 1979 Honda introduced a new, more powerful version of the 750 Super Sport. This bike came with a newly designed 749cc 4 cylinder engine, dual overhead cams with bucket and shims instead of rocker arms, and four valves per cylinder making 72hp. This bike raised the bar with its superior engine performance and handling, making it stand above the rest in its class, in its day. Great looking period Sports Tourer.
