Mercedes 280SL from 1975, obtained by trade-in. Great car for parts or restoration. Belgian documents, LHD european version.
Early chassis number, nr 589 of the 280SLC series. Newly delivered in Belgium. The car has been partially disassembled.
Body in poor condition. Some body work has already been done (patch welding, new outer sill panels). According to the previous owner, the cylinder head has been rebuilt. The engine turns by hand, but does not run (not connected). 36, 000 km on the odometre. Automatic transmission.
Reasonably complete. Missing parts: bumpers, grille, headlights and tail lights. Original color DB904G Midnight Blue. Black interior with beige carpet. Leather in good condition. Dashboard not cracked.
