1972 Honda CD175 cc Twin With Electric Start Presented to day in this outstanding condition after a full restoration . Supporting photographs show the CD175 undergoing restoration . The engine has also been stripped and rebuilt . Launched by Honda in 1967 and discontinued in 1979 the CD175 was the main stay commuter transport for thousands . It was durable and easy to ride . Produced 17 BHP from its vertical twin four stroke motor and ran nearly on fresh air ! Many of us as kids rode CD175s round fields and woods as they were discarded , Even the rough treatment given seldom saw them brake down . Today they have become a cult classic , fondly remembered . I doubt there are many as nice as this out there and its ready to go / show etc . Fuel on , Choke on and press the button , its as easy as that . Happy to MOT it if you require .
