1955 ARMSTRONG SIDDELEY SAPPHIRE
Something a little bit different has just arrived with us this week. A locally registered 2 owner from new Armstrong Siddeley Sapphire.
The second owner has restored the car over a number of years with a full photographic record showing all the works completed (over 100 pictures in total). The bodywork is a stunning claret over ivory with the interior fully retrimmed to match also aswell as all the carpets replaced.
All of the chrome work on the car is in excellent condition with no bad pitting or rust to any of the surfaces. All of the interior woodwork has also been re varnished and presents very well indeed.
These cars have a well known reputation for being very strong overall but the car has still been waxoyled underneath to ensure it stays in tip top condition.
2019 is the centenary of Armstrong Siddeley making this stunning vehicles even more popular than ever. There is currently only a couple of sapphires advertised in the uk and only 1 that is of excellent condition albeit at a much higher price, the others are restoration projects.
We have priced this very sensibly for a very well presented, usable, driving vehicle. Would make an ideal car to use for the show season or a great addition to any wedding car fleet.
