1969 MG Midget Mklll (pre-face lift model)
A particularly fine example of this highly sought after model, this MG Midget Mklll is one of the last of this series before the ‘facelift’ which appeared in the Autumn of 1969. Still sporting the ‘traditional’ MG grille and body side mouldings, these cars were especially attractive when fitted with wire wheels, as on this example.
The subject of a bare shell rebuild to a very high standard, the MG has covered a low mileage subsequently with careful and sparing use during recent years.
Presented in excellent condition in every respect and correct to original specification in Snowberry White the car drives faultlessly and is a delight on the road. Few small cars offer such enjoyment for a modest outlay, as well as being easy to maintain and benefitting from first class support and the opportunity to participate in numerous events of all types.
The hood is a recent replacement and the car comes with a list of all work carried out in recent years as well as photos of the rebuild in progress. It also has an MOT Certificate valid until 29th August 2020.
