Exterior Features
The paint work on this Golf is in stunning condition all around the vehicle. The GTI is finished in the factory colour of 'Tornado Red'. The standard GTI trim and big bumpers are in beautiful condition with no scuffs or scratches and the overall body is beautiful.
Wheels & Tyres
The GTI boasts the Volkswagen 15” BBS RA alloy wheels which are in superb condition and have four matching tyres with a very good amount of tread on each tyre.
Interior Components
The GTI features the 16v 'rainbow' interior trim. The seats and upholstery throughout the vehicle are marvellously clean, as well as the black carpet and headlining. This model has power-assisted-steering, central locking, immobiliser, working stereo, sunroof and has the added extra of electric windows.
Mechanics
This example is factory standard and all of the mechanical components are working brilliantly. The vehicle has undergone our in-house full safety and mechanical inspection as well as having a timing belt and waterpump replacement as well as engine mounts. We have also carried out a full service at UKD, including oil replacement, oil filter, air filter and fuel filter change and spark plugs replaced.
Service & Maintenance History
There is a very large folder of receipts which document the extensive history of the vehicle over the past 27 years. The original user manuals are also present with the vehicle and include the original dealer information and business cards. The service schedule with a full record of stamps complements the history record, and there are two VW 'pill' 16v GTI keys.
