The original E24 6 series is a legend in its own right, but this 1990 BMW 635 CSI Motorsport Shadowline edition is another story.
Presented in Nogaro silver, this is an extremely rare car with just 181 being built as a special run of model. A beautiful 3 owner example that is hard to believe has covered 139k miles.
The bodywork is in lovely original condition with no signs of rust whatsoever. All Shadowline black plastic moldings are excellent and the car looks superb for being 30 years old car. There are upgraded Alpina wheels (BBS available also) and an M Tech body kit.
As for the interior, the car looks as though it has only left the factory. The seats are superb and the car still retains its original over mats. The Motorsport edition featured extended leather, sun roof, rear blind, air con and electric seats. The dash board is crack free and the head-cloth is excellent.
Mechanically, this car needs nothing, having just had a major service including a full brake rebuild, electronic ignition rebuild, all bushings, an SS exhaust and fluids. The 3. 5 engine and switchable auto box are sweet.
The Motorsport edition also came standard with a Limited Slip Differential.
This is a beautiful car with a fresh NCT and is one of the rarest variations of the E24 model.
A great investment for someone who really wants the best of the best.
