These splendid, quality motor cars are now quite rare. This particular example, first registered on 1 December 1951, is in excellent condition, having undergone a 29 year restoration which included chassis, engine, gearbox, all new chrome work, leather seats, carpets and headlining. There is a photographic record of the restoration. This model boasts a 2088cc straight 4 overhead valve engine, with three speed column change gearbox. The aluminium body, which sits on a steel chassis frame, was coach built by Mulliners of Birmingham, and is in superb condition. The underside of the car and the engine bay are splendid and the wheels and tyres are in good condition. The car runs very well indeed, and in our opinion would make an excellent luxury hire car for weddings and proms, (or just for 'going down the pub' if you want to arrive in style!) Comes with V5C, handbook, workshop manual.
