This rare Quattro is finished in glossy tornado red. It has 140k miles backed up by history. The bodywork remains to a immaculate standard overall having been treated to a full re-paint some years ago. The trim throughout retains a good finish and all the lenses are clear and moisture-free. Fully undersealed it’s a very useable classic which is driven and enjoyed regularly.
The interior remains in great original condition. The seats present well with quattro tweed cloth, the upholstery showing little wear or marking to the fabric. The stitched tweed theme continues to the doors. The dash and centre console are crack free where the adjacent trim remains in excellent unmarked condition. All the switchgear is still pleasingly solid to operate and the digital dash is working perfectly. The original blaupunkt radios still present with the car although has been swapped with a Modern unit.
The coveted 2. 1 turbo engine remains in good order having never been abused or modified, and the under-bonnet area is tidy with the original plastic trims. The engine pulls superbly and the gearbox is smooth. The car has a full miltek stainless steel exhaust fitted which sounds superb. The wheels have been refurbished and come with matching Dunlop sp tyres
The car comes with its original 2 keys and a large folder of paper work, old mots and receipts.
