EXTERIOR BODY
The metallic silver paint work on this Golf is brilliant. This 'small bumper' model is a very rare example as it is a 'BBS Edition'. Therefore it includes a genuine branded body kit which was fitted from new, flared arches, gold/ silver BBS alloys, front ridged skirt and rear spoiler with a Tresser rear reflector and smoked rear lights.
WHEELS AND TYRES
The GTI boasts the Volkswagen 15” BBS RA alloy wheels which include gold multi-spoke centres and silver outer rims. All in great condition, each of the corners have tyres with a good amount of tread depth.
INTERIOR COMPONENTS
The GTI features the grey cloth interior, as well as black carpet and grey headlining. The later model has power-assisted-steering, electric front windows, central locking, immobiliser, and working stereo.
MECHANICS
UKD are selling this 16v GTI on behalf of a customer and we have carried out our in-house inspection to ensure the vehicle is mechanically sound. Many parts have been replaced and serviced by the owner and the vehicle is very solid underneath. There are small number of cosmetic jobs to finish the vehicle completely, however it is perfectly usable and currently finished to a high standard . We can arrange a quote to complete the work here at UKD too.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
The current MOT has until April 2020. The current mileage of the vehicle is just over 98, 000 which is low for a GTI of this age. UKD owned the vehicle for a number of years prior to the current owner purchasing from us in 2017. We stored inside during our ownership and it has since had a lot of money spent being recommissioned to a high standard. The vehicle has 4 prevous owners and is HPI clear.
