We have acquired an excellent example of the Mk 2 Golf G60 Rallye in superb condition in all respects and are delighted to offer it for sale.
Believed to be 1 of just 30 road going example left in the UK, this icon of the 1980s was the homologation special produced by VW for their Rally project.
This example is unmodified original condition (which is very rare for these cars) the only modification being the introduction of modern coil over suspension. Still presented on its original Sebring wheels.
The car has a nicely presented and extensive history file.
Mechanically the car is excellent, the supercharger having had a recent overhaul and everything else is tight and in great working order.
The interior is also exceptional, with period refurbishment of the original Rallye seats having also been recently completed.
Bodywork is rust free was is the chassis which is solid and unleaded in all areas.
