Description
HERE is a delightful 1967 Minor Traveller in Almond Green with excellent, brightly coloured woodwork with no soft bits whatsoever. I do not like Travellers with dark timber work and, it goes without saying, that I do not buy them if they have soft or even repaired sections in them. This is a pretty, pretty Traveller and what's more it drives very well indeed. Good underneath, good floors when you lift the new carpet set and an all round pleasing interior. One or two what I refer to as Sunday morning jobs perhaps. Tiny bits of paint here and there, but nothing of any genuine consequence. Dashboard top looks touch tired and perhaps a drop of paint on there would transform it. As I say, minor things on this Minor. All brakes sorted recently and I can't imagine the wood has been on the vehicle that long. All in all, an excellent example of this iconic British "woodie" estate car offered at an extremely sensible price as opposed to many out there for sale at twice my asking price.
Classic cars are not to be confused with new or even modern day second hand vehicles. They are motoring antiques and come with no warranty due to their age. Practically all will have undergone a degree of remedial work in the past and most will need ongoing love, care and work to keep them up to scratch. I can also assist with delivery and so please ask for a quote. Martin. the details below.
