Complete full and extensive restoration has been carried out on this bike which includes a fully rebuilt crankshaft / re-bored with new pistons and rings / various new bearings replaced with NOS parts / fitted with period looking tyres just as when the bike left the Yamaha factory in 1967 / every chrome part has been re-plated along with re-zinced fasteners / the paintwork has been completed to the very highest standard, original date stamped re-chromed wheel rims with correct spokes, the bike starts and rides and sounds just like new ( L@@K at video below ) this has to be the ultimate cutest small capacity show bike for sale anywhere, its not the cheapest but probably one of the nicest YL-1 Yams especially being a genuine UK supplied machine, Part exchange very welcome, Delivery can easily be arranged anywhere for a fee, Debit or credit cards accepted or bank transfers, BAC’s etc, the bike comes with 2 original Yamaha keys, two old classic bike magazine featuring the YL-1 100 Twin jet model, the current DVLA V5c registration docs, this fabulous mid 60's bike also starts with the first prod of the kick start and rides extremely well with a very sound engine smooth little engine.
