This amazing classic re-creation is based on a BMW Z3 six cylinder and has been transformed into the car you see today with 1961 classic looks. The car retains all of the BMW mechanicals including power steering and a five speed gearbox which makes it a pleasure to drive. Attention to detail is amazing with a complete interior upgrade including period seats and a complete set of new Veglia gauges. The donor car was a 1999 BMW Z3 2. 0 that had covered 86, 000 miles. It had some wing, bumper and door damage and was deemed an uneconomical repair so was the perfect car to strip and use for the 250 build. The car was completed in 2019 and currently has an mot until August 2021 with no advisories, it has covered just over 1, 000 miles since the build. On test drive the car performed just as you would expect and the exhaust note gives the impression that you are driving the real deal.
