We are delighted to have in our inventory this superb rust free example of the mk2 Volvo 960 Estate. This car arrived with us from the dry climate of Japan very recently and is now registered on a 1996 'N' plate.
Japanese imports never cease to amaze me with their superior condition and this one is true to form; it is like new underneath and has of course never seen road salt, hence no rust..
It has covered just 86, 000 Kms (53, 000 miles) at the time of writing and has an inspection & service history consisting of 14 Japanese inspection/ service sheets along with its original bookpack. The MOT is until May 2022. Our preparation has included replacing the cam belt kit and many suspension and brake components which were original MOT advisories. We have also had a service and transmission fluid change carried out.
The colour combination of Olive Green Pearl metallic and Beige interior trim really suits the 960 range, with passers by commenting on how good it looks. The specification includes full leather with piping, electric front seats that are also heated, Air Conditioning, cruise control, ABS, 16" alloys, front driving lamps, electric glass sunroof, front cupholders, CD player. Notable factory fitted extras include a remote control for the (original) stereo, remote central locking and wood rim steering wheel. Original features such as load cover, luggage guard, '960' branded overmats, toolkit (looks unused) are all still present as are two keys.
This example is quite possibly the best 965/ V90 currently available in the UK. It is a car that you could quite easily use and enjoy for the next 10 years without the worry of corrosion issues and minimal depreciation..
