This MG TD REPLICA is built on a 1970 Volkswagen Beetle chassis. The car comes from the United States and was registered in California. The car was registered for the first time in the Netherlands on 14-11-2018. The car currently has a Belgian registration. The first registration in the U. S. was on 28-02-1970.
As mentioned, the chassis of the car is from a Volkswagen Beetle and the superstructure (body) is made of fiberglass body. The conversion is from 1986 of Fiberfab international in Minneapolis U. S. A.
The body is nice and sleek and pristine with a very nice paint coat color old English white, and the chassis has no traces of rust or damage with a nice undamaged bottom.
The convertible top is in good condition, brown beige color, the car also has a tonneau cover and side screens. The chrome and stainless steel are as good as new.
The engine is a 4-cylinder 1. 6 boxer engine with a single carburettor and runs well.
Tires 165R15 on light metal rims in new condition. The interior is made of brown vinyl and a brown carpet in new condition. The car also has a radio, wooden steering wheel and a badge bar.
This is a very tastefully built replica of a MG td based on Volkswagen and is in near perfect condition, the car comes with various documents from the US, a complete manual on the construction of the car, invoices, and more reference work.
