motodrome offer for sale this 1985 Reliant Scimitar GTE SE6b Automatic, finished in Silver with Black leather trim
One of the last Scimitars built by Reliant, these have a galvanised chassis from the factory and are fitted with the Ford Cologne 2. 8 V6 rather than the earlier Essex 3. 0.
This one, since 2017, has had an eye-watering amount of money spent on it with Queensberry Road Garage, the well-known Scimitar specialists, amounting to over £10K, and is now probably one of the nicest Scimitars available.
Strictly speaking, the Dunlop wheels (shod with a matching set of decent Firestone tyres) are incorrect for an SE6b, but the last owner preferred them over the original Wolfrace type, and I’d tend to agree.
Fitted with weber carburettor, power steering, electric windows and mirrors, and period Blaupunkt stereo. Also comes with an indoor car cover.
