Purchased new from Righton and Bennett British Leyland dealers in Gosport on the 12th March and remained in single ownership for 47 years.
Comes with original bill of sale, owners manual and hand books, sales brochure spare keys and original order form and sales invoice.
Only used very infrequently up until 1996 at which point it had covered 18259 miles.
Since 1996 the Midget was pulled out of the garage on a monthly basis and only driven on the owners estate until recently when it was taken into a garage to be completely recommissioned and Motd to sell it.
The Midget is in outstanding original condition and has never been welded or painted.
Retaining some lovely original features like the cleaning instructions still on the original hood and the Triplex toughened glass sticker on the windscreen.
Both the small hood cover and the full tonneau are still with the car and look to be unused.
The original sound deadening is still present under the bonnet and inside the boot.
The car is amazing with original factory panel gaps.
Evidence of the original underseal is still present on the inside of the wheel arches and underneath the car.
The glass is perfect with no scratches, the chrome is excellent and the interior is virtually factory fresh.
