This V7-Sport replica is based on a 1976 T3. At the time I built the machine I was looking for a tripple disc V7-Sport, but being very rare in the UK a replica seemed like a sensible option. I have tried to be as faithful to the original machine as possible and have used original V7-Sport parts where possible. The bars, light brackets, seat, grab rails, rear mudguard are all original parts. The tank is from an LM1 (identical except for direction of opening of the fuel cap) the side panels are glass fibre. To finish, I was planning on fitting a shorter front guard and curved header pipes from a V7. The frame, forks and engine are unmodified. The footrests have been shortened and LM1 levers fitted. Paint by Dream Machine. Bridgestone BT45 tyres, Odyssey battery, Lucas RITA ignition, KONI shocks. At the time of building many parts such as the braking system were completely overhauled.
