Why they were so rarely ordered is a mystery, probably to do with the cost. However, in today’s market, these classic 911 have a lot to offer the enthusiast.
This is an April 1997 example, with the 285 bhp Varioram motor, teamed up with the 6 speed manual gearbox. It offers great performance and driver feedback, ideal for enjoying those B road blasts or setting off on a European tour.
