Just 72 examples built over an 18 month period, 25 in RHD, and believed just one of 10 cars sold to the UK market makes this model extremely rare and collectable. I have seen a handful offered over the last 10 years, but none with such low miles. Finished in the desirable colour combination of Silver Pearl Metallic with Beluga Connelly Hide. Designed after the luxurious 1930, s Sedanca De Ville Bentley's, often the properties of the rich and famous celebrities of that era. The removable Targa roof is produced from advanced high strength shaded glass, admits lots of light, but resists 85% of the suns energy from passing through. Framed in laser cut aluminium, easily removed and stored in special recesses under a secondary shelf in the boot. Production only lasted around 18 months, as the factory concentrated on the Azure and new model Corniche. This car, originally supplied by Bentley Glasgow to a famous Hotel operator, has lived a particularly cosseted lifestyle, although taken out reasonably often on dry salt free roads for short journeys, keeping the mechanicals in good free operating order. A total of 19 services have been carried out, all by the supplying Bentley Main Dealer, with the exception of 1 by a respected Bentley specialist. Serviced at 110, 350, 4092, 6788, 7400, 8326, 11146, 12410, 13034, 18082, 18205, 18307, 18404, 18525, 18641, 18757, 18882, 18859 and 18977 miles. Last serviced in March 2021, less than 300 miles ago. The full factory bookpack, both keys and remotes accompany, along with a comprehensive history file of previous invoicing and MOT certificates. These models will always be the "Holy Grail" for any serious Bentley collector, and are always likely to appreciate due to such rarity. I doubt if a better example than this exists.
