What a find, and surely one of the rarest and most collectable low mileage Bentleys to grace any serious collection today ! Bentley announced at the time of launch in 2001, this is the lowest number of cars ever built for a Ltd Edition, being 1 of 50 Le Mans built for the worldwide market, and believed 1 of only 8 sold in RHD to the UK market. Launched to commemorate Bentleys return to racing at Le Mans, and only available in 3 colours, Le Mans Racing Green, Silver Storm and Midnight Emerald Green which this one is. Interior hide is Oatmeal with Spruce Piping. Individual specification particular to this model includes Le Mans Wing Vents, Le Mans Badging, Le Mans "Winged" Hologram to Centre Console, Le Mans Treadplates, Racing Green Instruments with Le Mans Holograms, Le Mans Winged "B" to Waistrails, Le Mans Gear Selector, Le Mans Seats, Red Starter Button, Drilled Pedals and Chromed Quad Tailpipes. Running gear is equivalent to the "T" with the offset gear selector and larger output Garrett Turbo producing 420 BHP, with the larger 340 mm front brakes, although benefitting from the R wheelbase giving optimum ride quality. Servicing has been carried predominately by the Bentley Main Dealer as well as by a respected Bentley specialist at 71, 451, 828, 4089, 4653, 4796, 5015, 5072 and 5172 miles. Last serviced March 2021 less than 200 miles ago. All factory books, keys and remotes are present as supplied in 2001, as is the full original toolkit. The spare wheel remains in its recess, never been seen the light of day. Quite simply one of the most desirable modern classic Bentleys out there, and likely to be the "Bentley Blower" of any collection in years to come.
