First registered on 23rd October 1972, this pretty much immaculate MGB, which has been in the same ownership for the last 9 years, has been sold to us reluctantly, for genuine reasons. It is quite obvious from the condition of the car that it has been comprehensively restored inside, outside, structurally and mechanically - all resulting in a very splendid example indeed. It has been meticulously maintained, the paintwork is very, very good, the interior is excellent with leather front seats, good head lining, door cards and carpets. Recent seat belts, as you can see. There is a heated rear window, electric power steering (which you can have on or off - absolutely superb for parking) and other extras. Externally, the car has nearly new Minilite wheels with good matching tyres all round, there is a bespoke stainless steel exhaust system and manifold, together with Peter Burgess cylinder head and uprated camshaft, electronic ignition and high output alternator. This all results in very good performance, enhanced by the good suspension. The car sounds good and throaty and is a real pleasure to drive. The engine bay is detailed, and the underside of the car is excellent. Comes with lots of paperwork, including old invoices and MOTs, workshop manual and handbook, V5C.
