We are pleased to offer for sale this truly unique Sierra Sapphire 1. 8 L with a mere 24, 000 miles & just 1 recorded keeper for 32 years since the car was 5 months old !
Finished in Galaxy Blue with grey cloth upholstery the car presents exceptionally well in every way, the interior shows little to no wear what so ever & the exterior still wearing a beautiful deep shine to the paintwork.
Unlike many classic Ford's of this era this Sierra doesn't appear to have ever been welded, nor does it require any with all common areas of concern such as sills, battery tray & rear arches all completely sound, no doubt owed to being dry stored all of its life.
Used sparingly in recent years the car has just had some light mechanical recommissioning carried out including a new battery, oil & filter & cam-belt change before being presented for it's M. O. T where remarkably it passed without a single advisory & the tester commented on how well preserved the underside is.
Supplied new by Bristol Street Motors Ford Main Dealer on 23/ 01/ 1989 the car still retains both the original dealer number plates as well as the rear window sticker, all of which remain in perfect condition.
There are 4 new matching 'Courier' branded tyres fitted & the spare is completely unused.
Drives without fault & I would happily drive it any distance with total confidence.
