2011 Saab 9-3 TTID4 Aero Griffin MY12 Diesel Grey Manual Saloon
The condition of this rare Saab 9-3 Griffin edition is fantastic for a car that has recently reached 141, 000 miles on the clock but still runs and drives as it should. It’s had lots of work recently carried out including cam belt and water pump, oil pickup pipe seal, oil pump, passenger door latch and a service. All with Genuine or OE parts. In February it passed its MOT with no advisories to speak of.
I purchased the car in July 2020 at 128, 00 miles where the previous owner ( a Saab Enthuiast) has spared no expense on getting this car as good as new. It has new brakes all round including rebuilt calipers, front exhaust flexi, suspention rubbers, dent removal and alloy wheel refurbishment.
The car is seen in beautiful metallic Carbon Grey paint work with 18” Turbine alloys which were fully refurbished by the last owner. These late MY12 cars feature an updated front bumper and rear boot plinth. The previous owner has fitted Genuine Griffin wing badges too. It has the full Griffin spec leather interior which is in very good condition with the back seats looking like they have rarely been used. I have recently cleaned and leather conditioned all the seats. The inside of the car is as lovely as the outside with a larger Turbo X steering wheel and large radio/ Satnav screen which was an optional extra on this car. Sadly the Satnav doesn’t work but I always intended to upgrade.
The car comes with the original leather folder with service book and other documents. It comes with lots of invoices, some old MOT’s and some items like Oil for top ups.
The car has some age related marks inside and out of the car which some can be seen in the pictures, and this is to be expected for a car of this age. But it would be best to some and view the car to look over it. I can also send more pictures if required.
I have really enjoyed owning and driving this Saab with its amazing Twin Turbo Diesel engine which is great on fuel and perfect for motorway driving which my self and previous owner used the car for. But I’m now looking to go back to a petrol car hence the sad sale of my Griffin.
The Saab is currently shown with later Nevs style black/ silver badges. They have since been swapped for the original style badges and wheel centre caps which are also new. The mileage will also increase as still in daily use.
