Description
This Bedford CF was much loved and used by my parents in their time, but has now sat unused and deteriorating outside, for quite a few years. On SORN. It hasn't moved in a couple of years, the hydraulic brakes are not connected up and the clutch has seized on to the flywheel. The interior has suffered from water ingress.
The elevating roof all works, the van has a Fairey electrical overdrive v useful. V5 present. It has the strong 2300cc engine. Mileage not really known.
Where it's parked, as per photos, the best way to remove it is by hi-ab and flatbed. It's possible that it could be dragged out via the front drive and loaded on to a vehicle trailer or breakdown vehicle, but I'm not going to guarantee it, that depends on what equipment you have access to. More photos can be taken if needed, I haven't really bothered so far with the interior as it's - a mess! My father has loved this van over the years, but attempts to do it up have had to be abandoned and he's now in his 90's and ready for the van to move on.
It needs a total restoration or use for spares. As scrap, it's worth £250 and a hassle-free removal, so the sale as seen is based on getting a bit more than that.
