About the vehicle:
The Ferrari Dino 208 GT4 is a very rare car with only 840 built. Its big brother, the 308 GT4, enjoyed somewhat greater popularity, with a total of 2826 examples produced. But power and displacement are not the only decisive criteria - the "little" 208 GT4 also thrills with its transversely mounted V8 mid-engine and over 220 km/ h top speed. This Dino 208 GT4 was owned by two enthusiasts until 1985, before it came to Germany from Italy in 1987 and then spent the decades at a restoration company in Württemberg. With the death of the restorer in 2018, the Dino briefly changed owners, who had final work carried out and fully repaired the technology. Since October 2019, the Dino has now been in its current fourth hand, with the entire history being traceable. In its technical as well as optical overhaul and with the completeness of the vehicle history, this Dino received a value appraisal according to Classic Data with a grade of 1. 5. The interior is in beige partial leather with seats in Alcantara blue and presents itself in good condition with only a few signs of use. The 208 GT4 was delivered with manual windows and without radio, which makes the Dino extremely rare. It also has the original exhaust with only one tailpipe. The emblem embedded in the front is a special feature that was only available on the GT4. The vehicle also has the original magnesium rims with the "Dino" embossing and the Ferrari on-board tool kit as original accessories. The H-registration was carried out in 2019, the TÜV (German MOT) was redone at the end of June this year.
This Italian rarity can be viewed in Lahnau (Hesse), Germany.
