Here we have a beautiful little caravan that I'm still not sure on selling.. I'm only having to put it up due to space as I have another larger vehicle and its getting a tad tight. I purchased this caravan in 2016 with the intention of restoring it but due to circumstances it never happened and she deserves to be mended and used in her former glory!
This little caravan can be towed as it is to its new home.. It has been kept dry indoors since 2016 so she is bone dry. I have seen some of these caravans in diabolical state so this will be easy for someone that knows exactly what they are doing. There is slight water damage as you can see from the pictures this is how I received it.. The top of the caravan is perfect for its age, No leaks at all its where the capping came away (Shown on pics) when ever that happened where water has gradually made its way in. With the right buyer who please knows what they are doing with restoring/ woodwork/ framing she will be spectacular. This is not a caravan that just needs some new cushions, curtains, etc..
Installed are the original gas heater and lamp (Which I personally would remove if I was to use this, But that will be for you to decide)
These in this condition are rare..
