With the smart white paintwork perfectly complimented by the beige leather interior, this luxurious 300SL looks a million dollars. Built in May of 1988, this car was first registered in Aberdeen and has spent the majority of it’s life in Scotland.
Fitted with a selection of choice (and expensive) options, the specification list includes Heated Seats, Air Conditioning, Air Bag, Leather, Rear Seating, Paintwork Preservation and Cruise Control.
Between 1988 and 2011 this 300SL covered some 53, 000 miles, accruing 17 service stamps in the Mercedes-Benz maintenance book before arriving at SLSHOP in March of that year. It was sold to a client of ours, who has enjoyed this car sparingly and is now looking for a new home for this remarkable SL.
The white paintwork and beige interior, along with the high specification and comprehensive maintenance history make this SL an excellent choice. Although we have sold two white R107 SLs in 2021, this is the only car we can recall that has the beige leather option… White is usually paired with a blue interior and a blue roof.
We believe this colour combination is a fantastic choice for an R107 SL, and the fact that this car is an ex-SLSHOP showroom example that’s now being sold by us a second time speaks volumes for the quality of this car.
