The three-door hatchback coupe XK debuted at the 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show and is noted for its all-aluminium construction and styling by Ian Callum, with details evoking prominent earlier Jaguar models. The supercharged XKR was introduced in 2007 and incorporated some aesthetic differences to include a redesigned front bumper and hood louvres for improved engine airflow. In 2009 the XKR received a facelift and the new 5. 0 litre V8 was introduced. With 510 bhp this 2011 model year is finished in Stratus Grey with a Warm Charcoal Interior. It features many of the same modern functionality of today’s cars to include Bluetooth Connectivity, DAB Radio, Heated/ Cooled Drivers Seat, Heated Steering Wheel and Keyless Entry to name but a few. Acquired by Classic Works in 2017 with only 11 miles on the clock, this vehicle was originally purchased from Charles Hurst of Belfast in 2010 accompanied by a letter from the dealer confirming the vehicle’s authenticity as a limited edition of only one in 20 ever supplied to the UK market.
