This late model MGB was acquired in Washington state, USA. It runs and drives, but should be considered a restoration project.
Most of the work is cosmetic. Older respray, with weathered clear coat. The body is mostly solid, with visible rust damage at the bottom of the left and right rear fender dog legs. Light damage to the front right fender and bonnet.
The engine runs nicely and has good oil pressure, though it idles a bit rough. It will need a thorough mechanical check up with replacement of all seals and gaskets. The car was converted to a Weber carburettor and has a standard 4 speed gearbox. Aftermarket chrome wheels and bolt-on roll bar.
The interior needs to be completely renovated. An extra set of used seats is included. 5 keys. Current mileage is 43. 789.
An interesting project car for practical enthusiasts, this MGB is ready for a mid-life restoration.
