Beschreibung
Designed by Italdesign Guigiaro with a brief to create a luxury saloon without the fussy exterior details that usually adorned Japanese saloon cars. The finished design is more in line with European cars at the time with a long sleek profile. Launched in October 1991 as the Toyota Aristo in Japan it wasn't until 1993 that it was released under the 'Lexus' branding in the US and Europe. The 'Sport' model was released in late 1995 with uprated suspension, a boot spoiler, mesh grill and huge 18 inch Borbet alloy wheels with 10 inch wide rears. Equipment levels were high compared with rivals and the build quality was as high as you would expect from a top end Toyota.
This particular car must be one of the finest remaining examples and is a real head turner. It is clear that this car has been garaged and cherished by its owners, there is very little in the way of wear or aging to any of the interior or exterior trim. It is free from rust and all the electrical equipment works correctly. The specification includes;
Full grey leather
Electric front seats
Electric Steering column
Electric heated mirrors
CD Changer
Heated Seats
Cruise Control
Electric glass sunroof
Premium sound system with built in sub woofer
Power Antenna
Digital Climate Control
Headlight Washers
Front Fog lights

Remote boot release
Illuminated Vanity mirrors
The car is a pleasure to drive and is more than capable of munching up as many miles as you can throw at it. The 24 valve 3. 0 straight 6 is incredibly smooth and quiet, as is the automatic gearbox. The car has just been serviced and has 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres fitted. There is a comprehensive service history with the car with services at 1k, 9k, 17k, 25k, 34k, 37k, 41k, 48k (all at main dealer) and then 49k, 50k, 51k, 51. 5k, 52k, 52. 8k (inc cam belt) 54k and 60k. It has just this week (January 2022) had a new cam belt for piece of mind.
The car is open to any inspection and it will come with 12 months MOT.
