I've owned it for the last 2 years and spend most of the first year restoring it to what you see here.
starts, rides and stops as a bike 35 years old should. I've used it for work a few times and put a couple of hundred miles on it since finishing it.
speedo shows 12400kms, this is a kick start only model but it starts fairly easily, so easily i have the decompression lever but haven't needed to refit it.
front brake overhaul - new seal kit and braided stainless hose
powder coated frame and swing arm
new seat cover
new rear wheel
new 34mm slide carb (still a bit of a flat spot in top)
brand new tyres
spare set of knobblies included in sale
genuine white yamaha handguards included (not fitted)
ally engine guard
new oil and filter
new fork seals and gaiters
there are a couple of marks on l/ h side panel and r/ h frame (see photos) and 1 mirror is cracked (i have some ktm ones if you want them!)
v5 in my name, showing 11 former keepers and registered in the uk in 1998. i've got no other paperwork apart from current mot cert for 19th may 2022
reason for selling? i enjoyed doing it up so much, i want to do another but haven't got room!!
