Description
This iconic bike has undergone a full nut & bolt restoration – it is a bit of a resto-mod and features lots of upgrades and NOS parts.
The work carried out included:
Frame/ engine/ hubs/ Tripple clamps etc. all vapour blasted and powder coated by CeramX Coatings.
Front and Rear Shocks all rebuilt – new seals etc by CeramX.
Rear shock upgraded to 1986.
Full engine rebuild – spilit cases, all new bearings, seals & gaskets/ con rod/ piston/ waterpump etc. Phil Denton carried out the rebore and special porting. Wosner piston (2mm oversize).
Engine has NOS 1989 clutch inner case – no more Magnesium rot
New billet clutch basket and new clutch plates
Honda Racing Clutch and Ignition covers
Pro circuit ‘Works pipe’ special order for the 1985 ATAC engine.
GPI Performance Rads (hand brushed finish) with blue performance rad hoses & OEM clamps.
Every bearing & seal (wheels/ Swingarm/ Linkage/ engine) has been replaced with new items.
Billet linkage arm
Phil Denton supplied brand new Gold Excel rims and Heavy Duty Spokes
£££ spent at Honda (HGB Motorcycles) for OEM parts
New EBC pads (front and rear brake shoes)
Front calliper rebuilt (new piston and seals), rebuilt Master Cylinder.
DC plastic Kit with HRC brake cover. CR Tecnosel seat cover & CR250 graphic kit.
Brand new Bridgestone tyres
Renthal Gold Chain, Renthal front & gold anodized rear sprocket.
All new Chain guides and rollers
Gold Renthal Handlebars
New clutch cable/ Throttle cable / front brake hose.
Full SS bolt kit
Over 100+hrs and £7k+ invested on the rebuild alone. Full build photography and invoices can be provided. The Engine has had 0hrs since rebuild.
