When the Rover engines for the Plus 8 ceased production in 2004, the factory found themselves without a high performance model. The Morgan Roadster was introduced to fill that gap. Initially the model was powered by a Ford 3. 0L engine but was the engine was later upgraded to the 3. 7L Cyclone engine that is fitted in this example.
Performance is incredible with acceleration around 5. 5 seconds upto 60Mph; but then that should surprise no one given the engine develops 280Bhp in a car weighing less than the old Plus 8.
This particular car was ordered from us new and had the ECU remap done at the factory. Overall it definitely counts as one of the good ones!
