This superb SLK has covered just 39, 236 miles from new in the hands of two owners; the last lady owner acquired the car when it was only a year old.
Finished in Brilliant Silver with black leather, it has the usual specification including air conditioning, cruise control and five-speed automatic gearbox.
Supplied new by Mercedes Great West Road of London, the car remained with its first keeper for a year before it was sold again by Bradshaw & Webb, the MB main dealer in Chelsea to the lady who owned it up until we acquired it – 21 years.
The bodywork is immaculate and, importantly, completely rust free. The wheels are freshly refurbished and wear all new tyres. The interior is in very good condition, complete with original over-mats. As you might expect at the mileage the car drives beautifully. It feels very tight and fresh with excellent performance. Everything works including the air conditioning.
The car has just been serviced by ourselves, the coolant replaced and a new Bosch battery fitted. New brake discs and pads. Recent MoT and HPI clear.
Full service history. All bar the service we have just carried out were carried out by MB main dealers. All books and manuals and a folder of supporting bills.
These first generation SLKs are, to our eyes, the prettiest of the model, very reliable and excellent, low mileage examples such as this are incredible value for money at the moment. What better way to go into the forthcoming summer
