Presented in opalescent dark green with light beige leather and matching carpets, extensive history portfolio, electric seats and windows, PAS, Radio. Rear foot rests, picnic tables and illuminated vanity mirrors, Tool Kit, badge bar and fog lamps.
This delightful very early Silver Shadow was built to the exact order and specification of her first owner the chairman of a well known London insurance brokers. Who requested her to be painted in Jaguar opalescent dark green to match his wife's E Type. This is the only Silver Shadow built in this special order colour, the factory sent surplus paint with the car! He also requested wing mirrors, additional reading lamps, badge bar and quartz fog lamps.
Enjoyed by her second owner for over 30 years a friend of the first owner. We have driven her over 220 miles from her last owners home and she performed correctly during that very long journey. She has recently been serviced and had a full braking system overhaul including 6 new callipers etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a very early Silver Shadow with a documented history from new with only 2 previous owners, who both lived in the same village! that retains all her original books, tools and associated factory options.
Full log book MOT test and road tax exempt, however it has been freshly MOT tested. updated to use unleaded fuel
