Chassis number IN1223 which has been restored by a Gilbern expert.
Car original in all other respects included original engine 9D269 Ford v6 2, 994 cc.
First bought by a Welsh college Professor in component form, and the first registered by him on the 11-10-1971.
I bought the car on the 05-07-1980, which I ran until moving briefly to Australia.
MFF 929K was loaned to the Swansea Maritime & Industrial & Museum for display on the 30-06-1983.
It stayed there until October 2006, at which point Chris Smith's Gilbern Garage collected it for storage and restoration in his workshops. Detailed description , invoices and photographic evidence of Chassis restoration and more.
