1966 Lotus Cortina. Finished in Ermine White with Sherwood Green racing stripe.
1558cc Twin Cam Engine tuned by Lotus, with twin Webber Carburettors.
Lotus tuned chassis and suspension.
This car was originally kept for use within the Ford Motor Company, and was based at the Warley offices, near Chelmsford, along with other Ford vehicles. These cars were used as press vehicles and for chauffeuring guests.
The Lotus was then passed into private ownership before we acquired it in 2006. This was a coveted vehicle for us, and we set about performing a full restoration, which took about 3 years to complete. Since then, the vehicle has resided in our private collection, bringing many smiles to guests and visiting friends.
We have now decided to reduce our collection and so are offering this fantastic classic car for sale.
This Lotus Cortina is fully roadworthy and ready to be driven and enjoyed by it’s new lucky owner.
