1973 Plymouth Cuda 340 V8 TorqueFlite Slap Stick 3-speed Automatic transmission and Sure Grip differential. Factory Power Disc Brakes and Power Steering. Finished in Dodge Top Banana with factory Black Vinyl Roof, Rear Deck Spoiler, Black Vinyl Bucket seats and gloss-black Cuda side graphics. Magnum 500 steel wheels with Dunlop GT Qualifier radial tyres.
A comprehensive restoration was completed in 2021. This included a complete body and paint restoration with detailed engine bay, boot and underside. Original seats, centre console and interior have been retained and fitted with all new dials and gauges, carpets, head-lining, weather seals and new 3-pont seat belts. All new suspension and rebuilt braking system and new Dual Exhaust. Covering just over 150 miles since completion, the odometer displaying 87000 miles pre-restoration and is retained in the boot along with a number of other replaced parts.

The 340 ci V8 4bbl listed at 240hp still pushes the Cuda down the road at a respectable rate, feeling lively and taunt thanks to its newly restored/ rebuilt credentials. Genuine BS code Cuda’s are a rare car and increasingly hard to find. This particular example has been painstakingly built by someone we have known now for several years and have been fortunate enough to have a number of his cars in our showroom in the past.
We have carried out a shake-down of Cuda to make sure all the restored parts and more importantly the rebuilt engine is operating correctly before handing over to its new owner and is all now set to go.
