Our Amazon 221 estate has been well cared for and is in wonderful condition, especially considering it is now 57 years old, with only a small dent in the roof and numbers of chips and scratches that have been touched in over the years to prevent rust getting a hold.
The rear wheel arches were replaced and the paintwork is reasonable, whilst it’s not concours it is a solid, useable, everyday classic that can only appreciate. All new brakes, discs, pads, wheel cylinders, master cylinder so safe as a Volvo should be.
The chrome is all in great condition with the exception of some pitting to the over-riders and a dent on the centre of the rear bumper. However, there is a perfect used spare bumper centre with the car!
The seats are pretty good and very comfortable. The rare to find original dimpled rubber fitted mats, are still fitted in good order.
Re-furbished original wheels, new tyres. good hub caps with a spare hubcap in the boot with the spare wheel/ tyre!
Historic vehicle so not MOT'd. In summary not many left driving as well as this one - or as solid. Call for more details or better still - come and veiw.
