Welcome to the advert for this beautiful Porsche Boxster 2. 7. This car has come to us direct from Guy Salmon the upmarket car dealers after the previous keeper had to give up driving due to ill health. An avid Porsche fan and club member he owned the car for 12 years. There is a sheath of paperwork as well as a well stamped service history including belts which is detailed further on. The car has a long MOT and has been fully prepared in our workshops. This car is very highly appointed with over twenty options listed on the build sticker (on the bonnet and in the handbook) and costing close to another ten grand on top of the original price.
Porsche Boxster (986), 2002/ 02, 95, 000 warranted miles, MOT July 23, HPi clear. Four previous keepers, 9 stamps of history at 9k, 24k, 38k, 51k, 71k, 85k (belt) and 95k. In addition, there are three separate receipts in addition for servicing/ additional work at 71k, 77k and 94k. This is the 2. 7 litre engine with 228 bhp and has the 5-speed manual gearbox. Presented in Lapis Blue with Navy leather, Electric hood, 18’’ Turbo style alloys, very highly appointed including, air-con, heated electric seats, leather seats, PSM, Xenon lights with washers, BOSE stereo and more. Externally the car is very well presented with just the odd age-related mark, the interior shows very few signs of the years. This car drives superbly well. As part of the vehicles preparation we have cleaned up the discs which were an advisory due to lack of use over the last year or so and have re-gassed the air-con which blows cold but not freezing (it is a 20 year old car after all), we have serviced the vehicle and checked for any issues common to these cars and we can report that it is possibly the finest 986 we have ever had in stock. We will provide the car with a 3-month warranty.
