Lovely and powerful BMW R69S. A fully sorted BMW that has been beautifully rebuild. This particular R69S is the 438th out of 11. 000+ produced between 1960-1969. The frame number and frame ID plate is matching the original engine number but has been restamped in the past. Correct Bing carburettors numbered in sequence.
Gearbox selects freely and precisely. The dynamo charges and all lights are working as they should. The engine is very smooth and will easily follow modern traffic with its brisk acceleration.
The R69S is the iconic sports bike of the 1960s, good for an impressive 42HP. This particular R69S is priced according to its restamped frame numbers and later fibreglass mudguards; get the feel of the R69S motorcycle at a fraction of the cost.
Registered for the road with current EU registration documents.
