On sale, a genuine UK RHD Mk1 Sprite, Heritage cert confirms build date 1 Sept 58, despatch date 27 Nov 58, the car was in the Longbridge exhibition hall then dispatched to Patrick Motors Birmingham, these dates coincide with the 58 Earls Court motor show. chassis no AN5/ 4362, Thompson body no 3925 is an early 9 stud windscreen car. I have owned the car since October 2009 & in that time have carried out an extensive rebuild/ restoration, I have purposely kept everything as it left the factory, all steel body restored & refinished in the correct Cherry red, 948 engine re-bored new pistons unleaded head etc, gearbox stripped new bearings, suspension, axles etc refurbished, new drum brakes & master cyl, new wiring loom, SS exhaust, re-cored rad, all new interior trim & carpets, original steering wheel & gauges etc, all new chrome, however it needs a new hood & side screens, I have the originals.
