EXTERIOR
Finished in a Non-Metallic Blue, the colour on this W123 is stunning. The car has no holes or rust issues and is totally solid around wheel arches, wings etc. The hub caps are also finished in the body colour.
INTERIOR
Contrasting to the Blue paintwork, this car is equipped with a caramel MB Tex and cloth interior, which is completely unmarked and like-new condition. The wooden trims also have no cracking or fading and remain in a high-gloss finish.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The W123 280CE is fitted with a 2. 7L Inline 6, which revs to 6000rpm and produces 177hp and 234Nm. Both the engine and 4 speed automatic gearbox perform effortlessly as they did when the car was new.
SERVICE HISTORY
The first owner had the car from the 4th October 1978 and kept it til 21st January 1999. The second owner had the car from 1999 to 2015. The third owner acquired the car in March 2015 and kept it until 2020, until I acquired and it sat in my private collection. The car has not been registered in my name since it has been in the collection. Provided with this car is a full BOOK pack with the original Data card, manuals and folder, documented service history, consisting of old MOTs.. Recent service invoices for engine valve clearances, cold start valve etc. The car starts on the button and runs sweetly with no hesitation.
