The XE SV Project 8 was designed and hand-assembled by Jaguar's Special Vehicle Operations division, using only the front doors and roof from the regular XE saloon, with the remaining panels being bespoke and largely carbon-fibre. This example is finished in Premium Palette Velocity Blue with a black leather and suede-cloth trimmed cabin with contrasting white stitching, 'Project 8' headrest embroidery, and carbon-fibre inlays. It rides on a set of unmarked gloss black 20-inch forged alloy wheels with carbon-ceramic brakes, yellow calipers, and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres. Under the bonnet sits a supercharged 5. 0-litre V8, delivering 592bhp and 516lb-ft of torque to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shift.
